Everybody is looking for IPOs and emerging growth stocks and the opportunity to invest in the next Facebook, Amazon or Netflix. Consequently, young new emerging companies have a strong market available to launch their businesses publicly. However, from the perspective of the potential investor, it is very difficult to evaluate young companies with no historical fundamentals to guide you.

With this video I will be illustrating how you can evaluate the future potential of IPOs and emerging growth stocks. However, I will also be highlighting some of the pitfalls and risks that you take investing in these hopefully future stars. Additionally, I will attempt to illustrate how fundamentals eventually become relevant as time passes. But perhaps most importantly, I do want investors to recognize that investing in IPOs and emerging growth stocks is always speculative until the fundamentals reveal the true value and nature of the businesses.
