Introduction

Although we can learn a great deal about stock values from analyzing the past, we can only invest in the future. Therefore, estimating future value is the key to long-term success. However, valuation is a puzzle and by utilizing the many metrics available you can put all the pieces together into a beautiful picture of intrinsic value. Then and only then can you know when to buy, sell or hold.

Please accept this introduction into stock valuation, the tools available and how to utilize them. Professor Nathan Mauck who who is going to take a look at valuation and give you some introductory remarks and point out why valuation is really all about accessing the future.  Then Professor Bill Kay will take it from there.
