Introduction
I was asked to cover the Bank OZK by a subscriber back in 2018, where I produced a video. Bank OZK was not a company that I had personally invested in, but when I was asked to look at it I was quite enthralled with this company, and I don’t mind saying that today because if I look at it historically, the company’s earnings growth has averaged over 19.1% a year. With the facts I had at hand, the company was extremely undervalued and looked very, very attractive as a long-term investment.
Let’s look at what’s actually gone on with this company. The bottom line is things have really changed dramatically with this company and it’s changed for the worst, at least temporarily. I believe that the future will be bright again for Bank OZK.

Bank OZK engages in the provision of community banking services. The firm offers deposit services such as checking, savings, money market, time deposit, and individual retirement accounts. It also provides loan services including types of real estate, consumer, commercial, industrial, and agricultural loans. The company was founded in 1903 and is headquartered in Little Rock, AR.
