Attention FAST Graphs Subscribers

We will be launching the new and improved version of FAST Graphs on Sunday, December 30, 2018.  Although we anticipate a smooth launch and transition, this was an enormous undertaking.  Consequently, it is certainly possible that we may experience minor glitches.  If you happen to discover any, we would greatly appreciate it if you would simply contact Polly by email at:

pollyc@fastgraphs.com

Provide a short description of your problem, and/or a screenshot if appropriate.  Polly will be promptly notifying our development team of any issues that you report.  Therefore, we will not be specifically responding to each email that we receive.  However, please be assured that every email will be reported and brought to our development teams’ attention.

We are very excited about the many enhancements and new features that our new and improved version of FAST Graphs will be providing.  Moreover, this is just the beginning of many additional enhancements that we are planning.  This new and improved version of FAST Graphs is presented on a more modern software that will more easily facilitate improvements to our Fundamental’s Analyzer Software Tool.

Your fast graph headings on the graphs page cover up the inputs such as stock searches using chrome and I could not load at all on explorer when tried.

Charles, This issue has been corrected on chrome. If you're still having issues you might try clearing your cache and then logging out and logging back in. Regarding Explorer, you are correct, for some reason it will not load graphs. Our developersare looking for a solution. In the meantime, chrome and/or Firefox are working. Regards, Chuck

Hi Chuck, I have the same issue with the FAST GRaph banner blocking the input boxes. I 'm using Chrome, and a MAC laptop. 1:00 PST on the 31st. I look forward to using the new tool. Best, Mark

I was able to correct the problem by clearing the cache.

When you go to change the chart duration. (10 yrs to say 5yrs)..you have to scroll and and you now lose the whole chart unless you scroll down. Not a fan of that.

Ian, I am not sure what your issue is with changing the chart duration. This doesn't happen for me. However, if graphs are too large, you will have to use some minor scrolling. Personally, I run my screen size at 90% and this works perfectly,or you can utilize the full screen feature. Hope that helps, Chuck

A suggestion for the main graphs page. 1) remove scrolling 2) reduce the size of the displayed graph so you can see the whole graph all the time

Hi, was the dividend reinvestment check box (including the dollar amount invested block) eliminated in the new software?

Snapshots isn't working for me (Chrome browser). When I click on the setting, nothing happens.

Tried again. Snapshots isn't working in Firefox or Chrome. I can make snapshots using a purchased software program so it's not a big deal for me. I only mention it because I know you wouldn't want a feature that doesn't work. A more important first impression is that the program is very slow. Too slow. A more important comment is to wish all of you at FAST Graphs a very happy and healthy new year.
The "Generate Screenshot" is currently not functioning properly. Our technicians are aware of the issue and are working to repair this.

Chuck, have you eliminated the EYE Ratio? I see the EYE chart, but the nice summary ratio I like to use seems to be absent. Would love to see it it return. Also, Jan 1st, the FAST Graph banner is still blocking my input boxes.... Best, Mark
If you are still having a problem of "...banner is still blocking my input boxes" Please clear your cache. After you clear your cache, please log out and log back in. Do not use an old bookmark of FAST Graphs – go to a fresh web address, or click here: www.fastgraphs.com I have sent a ticket up for the ratio. I will push to get it added ASAP.

I tried using the Chrome browser with the new Fastgraphs and seems to have all basic functions working. For basic users, I see no new additions in the software over the old version. I am having more and more problems using Firefox than I reported in my last comment. So, I will switch to chrome until you get things worked out with Firefox, which is my default browser. As far as my Samsung Tab2 tablet, it's response is so slow with the new program it is useless. Cheers

OMG. Of the many features available to users of FG, perhaps the one I used most often was the ability to select an overlay of a PE ratio of my choosing that would display on the main graph along with the *Normal PE" ratio and the *orange* line PE ratio; i.e., three PE ratio lines on one graph. Please bring it back. Without this ability, in my view FG will have lost one of its more important features. The forecasting page is not a suitable substitute. I want to pick my own PE ratio ... just like the earlier version allowed. Also, EPS Ovd isn't functioning on the main graph.

Dear Polly and Chuck, I have cleared cache, browsing history and logged out then in again with a fresh web address but still have banner covering th upper part of graph? What else to do?

Dear Polly and Chuck, I, too, just like Charles Anderson, have cleared cache, browsing history and logged out then in again with a fresh web address but still have banner covering the upper part of graph. There is a heck of a lot of work to do to make the program user friendly and easy to use. Someone sold you on fancy. But, you got too fancy. I have been using Value Line less frequently because of the changes they made to their site (it loads far too slowly, and the wait times are aggravating). But, VL added features. In your case, you also removed a feature that I used every time I studied a company with FAST Graphs - i.e., the ability to select an overlay of a PE ratio of my choosing that would display on the main graph along with the *Normal PE” ratio and the *orange* line PE ratio; i.e., three PE ratio lines on one graph. Please add it back.

I found the Custom Valuation Ratio under Additional Settings on the blue menu bar above the graph.

Jason ... Thank you for telling where to find the custom valuation ratio. However, it doesn't work for me. The program is painfully slow (spinning wheel, or something). And, then if anything is changed, another spinning wheel or something. In addition, whereas the "snap-shot" finally works, the image is out of alignment with the graph itself. Every one of us posting comments here is a loyal subscriber and know the value of FAST Graphs. We need to be patient. All such transitions are hard. But, we shouldn't stop commenting or else the developers won't know what we are seeing. ++++++++++ Polly .... clearing cache, signing off and then back on, or rebooting does not solve the problems I am seeing which extend beyond my comments. Hopefully, others will continue commenting so you have a fuller list. Please send all of our regards to Chuck. Paul

"Reset Selections" button does not work. Also, "EPS Ovd" does not work. What does that designation mean? EPS ?

Generally I am finding the UI rather unresponsive and essentially not usable on a mobile device, I am ok with it not working well (it never did) on a phone but on an iPad it should ideally work quite well, maybe an app is the answer to that. Until then I am completely ok using it on a laptop browser, in the end the tool's purpose lends itself best to using it in that way (at least until there is a mobile app). But the latency is not good (in all browsers) and in user feedback mechanisms are poor (these tell the user when something is happening in reponse to their actions. This is well intended feedback, I will continue to be an avid user and fan of Chuck's insights in general. Happy 2019!

I’m unable to use the new upgrade in my iPhone, the graph now is congested and basically can be utilized to analyze stocks. is there a way to revert back? Any update when the interface will be resolved for mobile users?

I have noticed a marked deterioration in the speed of loading and general functioning in the new software compared to the previous version. It is slow enough to be annoying.

The banner covering my input boxes seems to be fixed, and the EYE ratio has come back. Thank you team Carnevale! Anyone else having trouble with the FUN Graphs page? About 75% of the stocks I select will not switch to FUN Graphs....but a few do. I'll just hope it gets fixed in the next few days.

Initially I was experiencing a number of glitches relating to graph time span adjustment, normal PE. (blue box) failing to updating and general unresponsiveness. Clearing data stored on the PC by the previous version seems to have resolved these issues. For Safari users go to Safari...Preferences...Privacy....Manage Website Data...locate Fastgraphs, highlight and Remove. You will be prompted to log back in.

I would highly appreciate an update on the plan & timeline of when things will get resolved. This is really a very bad update; it shall go through beta testing before releasing to customers. I still can’t use fastgraphs in my iPhone like before almost a month now has passed!
